It’s always a pleasure when Europe’s leading HEAT training institutes come together to share new ideas and best practices.

This year, the HEAT Expert Group focused on developing and updating scenarios for HEAT training.

Writing an effective scenario or storyline can be challenging, especially when incorporating participants’ learning goals.

We took part in a workshop led by Wim Bax to strengthen our skills. Wim drew on insights from the film and TV industry to create engaging, compelling storylines. With his background in realistic training, he also showed us how to weave learning goals into the scenarios.

We also shared ideas through a range of presentations delivered by the participants themselves.

We’re already looking forward to the next HEAT Expert Group edition!
