This two days course is intended for mid- and top level managers, responsible for developing and monitoring organisational security management.

The main objective is to trigger participants on organisational security management and its relation to the organisational mandate. Furthermore, participants are enabled to develop and maintain a security management framework & policies. Appropriate monitoring and decision making processes will be identified.

We facilitate the discussion on essential organisational security management issues. Special attention is paid to vital, but difficult, issues such as; crisis management, stress management policies & practices and balancing a risk management approach with organisational transparency.

Advanced Crisis Management Course

With an ever increasing hostage/kidnap industry worldwide NGO’s have the obligation to prepare for such an event.

This course is intended for managers with a significant security responsibility and empowered decision makers during a crisis and its aftermath. Ideally the actual crisis team members or their deputies would receive the greatest benefit from the course, allowing them practising the principles of good crisis management.
