Integrity

Honesty and trustworthiness characterise the relationship between CSD and its clients. Agreements are binding, and CSD can be held to this promise. We aim to build a stable relationship with you by being a reliable partner, both now and in the future.

Professional standards

CSD developed standards to ensure that our quality remains high. Our quality is regularly checked by independent external institutes. Our activities are not a tick-in-the-box exercise, we believe in making a difference for aid workers and NGOs alike.

Non-profit

Because CSD is a non-profit organisation, the costs remain relatively low. We aim for a safe working environment for workers abroad, and not for profit. You therefore receive the best services for a reasonable price.

Transparent

We choose to deal clearly and plainly with the client. From experience we know that this direct approach is appreciated by our customers. The service offered to you is clearly stated.

Trust

People should feel safe in order to learn and to develop themselves. Trust is of vital importance for people to feel safe. We take NGOs and their staff seriously and look after their wellbeing at all times. We aim to create an atmosphere of openness and trust.

Rapid Response

As disasters emerge very rapidly, NGOs must be able to take immediate action. CSD assists NGOs by organising security training courses and consultancy projects on a very short notice.
